The Brandi Jackson Wellness Model includes holistic approach for your emotional health via holistic talk therapy paired with holistic nutrition and fitness planning and support for improved whole health outcomes.
In our Holistic Therapy session we first focus on making space for you to be supported in processing and clarity of your needs, fears, progress, and opportunities. Once the clarity and processing portion of the session closes we transition to review your coping opportunities based on the clarity discoveries made in session. At the close of your Holistic Therapy session, we review your holistic wellness plan for the month of coping practice ahead. Additionally, you have access to support via email and text for questions, concerns, or emergencies in between your sessions.
The Brandi Jackson Wellness Holistic therapy model also includes weekly accountability sessions for coping practice paired with your one 1:1 60-minute “live” session each month. We’ll ensure your coping plan and support is customized to your personal work and home needs. You’ll also receive “fine tuning” coping support as needed via text and or email as needed. When you work with Brandi Jackson Wellness; your Holistic Therapy services will also include a holistic accountability tool and weekly text reminders for personal coping practice and ideally faster emotional recovery results. Brandi has over 10+ years of counseling and therapy experience and has found great success practicing a holistic model with client’s being able to successfully recover emotionally with long term success.
Of course you’ll have to make the choice to experience change by changing some of the behaviors and thoughts that are potentially causing your symptoms of anxiety, stress, sleep disruption, mood swings, sadness or restlessness. This can be a tough decision to make nonetheless. That’s why it’s so important to work with a calm, centered, expert, and practiced therapist to help you feel you can release the thoughts and behaviors that you find no longer useful.

Brandi offers a Super Bill for Holistic Therapy service reimbursement with your employer and insurance provider (California Residents). Additionally, a sliding scale offering is made available to students, individuals experiencing unemployment, and seniors 65 and over.
What if My Problems Don’t Change Or Improve With Holistic Therapy?
Yes, Holistic therapy can be helpful to address your emotional health needs with dynamic approach. The holistic support model we use is intended to encourage increased awareness and coping practice that is consistent. Our holistic wellness model helps to create space for your symptoms to improve while considering your other life responsibilities. The Holistic Therapy Model we use is essential because it’s effectiveness for successful outcomes are consistent for a majority of clients actively using their custom holistic coping recommendations and coping practice. Brandi Jackson Wellness clients are supported with a judgment free, confidential, and encouraging environment to work through challenging wellness goals with extended support.
Is Holistic Therapy The Same As Traditional Therapy?
Holistic therapy is rooted in traditional talk therapy approach. The Brandi Jackson Wellness model for holistic therapy infuses talk therapy to ensure space for our client’s emotional processing, clarity and analysis, and for aligning best practice emotional health coping tools. Holistic Therapy is different than traditional therapy in the way that we see Holistic Methods as supplemental. Holistic methodologies are woven in the way we structure the 1:1 client sessions and coping suggestions based on our clients individual needs. Holistic nutrition, holistic physical health, and metaphysical health recommendations are considered essential for client health and wellness recovery optimization. Clients may choose to opt-in or out of any holistic suggestions provided in session however, we feel great value for educating clients to all available emotional recovery strategies that support their holistic health.
Do you exclusively only work with Women For Holistic Therapy services?
Not at all, I work with adult women, men, and individuals who identify as gender non-conforming of different races, ages, backgrounds, and experiences. I however my client base is primarily Black Women who identify as ambitious and who also have interest in holistic healing practice. As a Black Woman providing Holistic Therapy, my lived experience is also present in how I understand my client’s personal experiences and concerns in session. It’s important to acknowledge who I serve as it is also informs where my experience and skill set has been in practice more directly.
