What is your shipping policy?

We ship out customer orders 2x a week for sustainability. Please email us if you have specific questions regarding ship dates/ arrival dates for your purchase.

DOMESTIC

Currently we only offer shipping domestically for United States.

Return Policy?

We are only able to accept returns of items that are not open or used within 14 days of delivery. We don’t currently have a return shipping option for returns but a full return will be available for return received 14 days or less from delivery.

Missing Order:

Each order has a tracking code that is tied to the carrier. If your package is missing, Please consult the delivery carrier to retrieve your item if it is not delivered. The tracking code and carrier information is confirmed with each order.


How do I order wholesale?

We don’t currently offer wholesale orders at this time but may offer the option in the future. Feel free to reach out to us via email to see what options may be possible.
