Hello Beautiful Wellnista's,
Over the last month I have been working on toxic stress/ Adrenal Fatigue recovery. Prior to going to war on my Adrenal fatigue, I was pretty fit and motivated to get my core nice and defined. I have two little's (baby boys) and after having kids my core has not been as tight and toned as I would like it to be. I decided that 2017 is the year that I'm "really"ready to focus on core strength. If we are being honest, I haven't been trying "that hard" to work on my core since having kids, but now I'm ready.
The fun part is building a killer road map to share back with you as I find the green holistic tools, tips, and resources that get the BIG results! I found some amazing core work methods that will help any woman on a fitness journey to have a snached and strong core. Are you ready?
Them Abs Tho
The workout consists of 5 exercises that can get your core strength, definition, and fat burning to sky rocket. Each move is for 60 seconds with a 10 second transition in between each exercise.
- Leg Lifts
- Sit ups
- C- Swings
