I hope you are doing great and having a wonderful summer extravaganza! I wanted to share another FAVORITE recipe for burning fat, eliminating sugar cravings, weight loss and increased concentration and focus.
The recipe is simple and super effective. This recipe on some occasions can even double as a meal replacement! And it involves coffee! I love it and I hope you love it too. You Ready?
Introducing: The Coconut Oil Coffee Latte
Coconut oil is great in coffee because it increases weight loss, decreases sugar cravings, and reduces emotional eating impulses. Coconut oil also improves emotional balance. Because Coconut oil has healthy calories, it can also have a filling effect (satiation), decreasing general food intake and limiting overeating.
Coffee alone is well known to provide major antioxidants, and to improve focus and physical stamina. This magical latte also includes almond milk, honey, and a hint of mint essential oil to increase the weight loss and sugar craving control features for the ultimate morning coffee recipe!
Coconut Oil Coffee Latte Ingredients:
8-16 oz. Fresh Brewed Coffee
1/4 C Almond Milk
2-3 TBSP. Honey
1-2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3 Drops Mint Essential Oil
Coconut Oil Coffee Latte Directions:
Brew coffee per your normal method. Once the coffee is ready, pour the coffee into a heat safe blender. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend all ingredients in the blender for 30-45 seconds on "high speed". Pour Coconut Oil Coffee Latte mixture into coffee mug or heat safe cups and enjoy!
