21 Day Plant Based Nutrition Guide
Okay so to begin, let’s talk nutrition. I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and my practice includes helping my clients start a Plant Based diet lifestyle for best health outcomes. A Plant Based Diet is a method of eating primarily plants as a main food source including vegetables, fruit, Beans, legumes, Seeds, and Whole grains. The Plant Based diet can include small amounts of meat but no more than 2 oz. of meat is recommended for daily consumption. The Plant Based diet does not include dairy, processed foods, or sugar. The Glow Method 21 Day Meal Plan is packed with delicious recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat. I made sure each recipe would be user friendly, quick and simple for beginners.
21 Day Fitness Plan Guide
As a Certified Personal Trainer a majority of my clients are women with work schedules, mothers, daughters, friends, partners, and happen to live a full schedule with meaningful responsibilities. The 21 Day Fitness Plan is designed to be easy to follow with daily home workouts that feature strength building (weight lifting) or endurance building (cardio). The weekly plan provides an option for a 20 minute or 30 minute workout. The home workouts are scheduled for 6 days a week with 1 rest day/ day off per week. If you are strapped for time you can split your workout into two smaller sessions per day to keep working the program. It’s still my firm recommendation to workout first in the morning before starting the other parts of your day for an energy advantage.
