Ready To Get your Consistency Up? Here’s The 3 Magic Tools For Boosting Your Consistency Like Crazy!
Watch My Free Training Here To Get All The Nitty Gritty Details.
Being consistent is one of the top issues I help my clients master in the course of our work together. Being consistent can be fine and even easy when life is going well. When life gets busy, hectic, or unpredictable; that’s exactly where you’re most likely to notice a loss of consistency practice for fitness, nutrition, wellness, and self-care.
I have a free training posted here (video above) to share my best 3 tips that will help you gain a 43% advantage for continued consistency for your health and wellness practice. Watch the training above the get the deep details and my premium methods or read below to get some of the methods in a quick bullet point format.
But first let’s address the 43% Factor: Dr. Gail Mathews of Dominican University completed an incredible study (check out the studies stats here) where she and her team of researchers were able to observe a 43% advantage of goal success/ accomplishment from physically writing goals down, tracking, and accountability.
As a Holistic Mental Health Therapist and Wellness Coach, habit change is something I support daily and I have also found specific key actions as essential for long term habit change and consistency building. I’m sharing a combination of what Dr. Mathew’s study clarified and what I know from my joint success working with my clients.
Write Your Goals Down:
Yes, go the old school route and get yourself a pen and paper. write down your goals physically by hand. No tablet, no app, no voice note. Your neurocognitive connection, memory, conscious, and subconscious awareness will increase when we write.
Track Your Efforts:
Don’t think it’s gonna be a set it and forget it situation when it comes to creating consistent goals and habit change. Track your efforts and as you track the actions you’re taking, you will also be practicing the secondary skill of analyzing your practice and will be more likely to instinctually problem solve to increase your successful outcomes.
Get Accountable:
If you create an accountability mechanism for your goal and continued efforts you are greatly increasing your odds of predictable success. Accountability is also a slam dunk for acclimating to new habits which can really be the hard part.
So to keep this short and sweet, to get a 43% advantage for your fitness, nutrition, self care, and self-care routine you’ll need to write, track, and account. This probably sounds much harder than it actually be when you start your practice. But to make this even simpler, I’m offering you access to a free copy of my 7-Day Fit Mind and Body Blueprint. Just click the link below to get a printable copy of the Blueprint. The Blueprint is a simple 1-page healthy goal setting, tracking, and accounting template!
