Today, I'm sharing a powerful Watermelon Salad Recipe from the Mind Body Meal Plan series. All meals included in the Mind Body Meal Plan have 5 ingredients or less, are whole food based, and encourage Mind Body Balance.
This Watermelon Salad recipe is great for breakfast to give your body a boost in:
Hydration
Satiation
Energy
Electrolytes
Flavor
Detox
Watermelon Salad Recipe:
1/4 of a Large Watermelon
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
Cube watermelon into small pieces. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over watermelon cubes. Sprinkle sea salt over watermelon cubes and enjoy!
