I know working out can be boring and not always fun. I say this every month. Working out can be even more difficult when you just don't feel like it or have a laundry list of responsibilities to work on. I get it. And that's why I'm here to help make fitness more fun!

Everybody loves Black Panther and Okoye's character, who am I kidding! 😂 I did some research to find out exactly what one of Danai Gurira's workouts include and found a Grit and Conquer workout! Go ahead and get ready for toned muscles and a big kick of endurance!
