About Brandi:

My name is Brandi Jackson. I have been a practicing Mental Health Clinician for 10+ years. I help my clients increase energy and reduce stress to have a happier and healthier lifestyle using practical time saving results based strategies.

I’ve helped my clients to lose weight, improve their mood (including anxiety and depression) start or resume a simple effective fitness practice and create healthy nutrition habit change in under 12 weeks. Most of my client see results by week 4 of using my methods!

My clients are Women Helping Professionals, Essential Workers and Entrepreneurs who value their health and also have a full and busy schedule.

I have been privately counseling clients for over 10+ years and during that time I have been featured in Thrive Magazine, Psychology Today, Queen Hippie Gypsy Magazine and American Fitness Professionals Association among other notable publications.
