Sweaty workouts are my most favorite! But sometimes, it’s nice to workout without the post fitness sweat. I wanted to share my no sweat workout routine with you in case you may be short on shower time, just don’t wanna sweat, or need a low impact workout option.

I just got back home after getting my eyebrows ombre’d. What are ombre’d eyebrows? I have a great article that explains it all here! A big aftercare rule for my ombre brows is to avoid sweating for 7-10 days. As a personal trainer who loves to workout regularly, I decided to put together a simple workout routine I could do to keep my fitness routine on schedule. Gotta have my me-time! The fun part is sharing this routine with you in case you love “fitness me-time” too.
