About Brandi Jackson Wellness

Brandi Jackson established Brandi Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi chose Holistic Therapy Approach for mental health recovery after observing consistent outcomes not just for for clients but also for her own health journey. Brandi has been a practicing clinician for 8 years and found herself explaining the benefits of exercise, mindset and nutrition to clients with high stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms often. Brandi noticed that when her clients practiced whole food based nutrition, regular exercise and wellness counseling, their health and mood improved. Clients not only got the results they wanted but learned how to keep their progress!

Brandi has a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies, a Masters Degree in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Mental Health Therapy, located in East Bay California. Brandi also received her 200+ Hour Master Hypnotherapy Practitioner Certification in 2016. Brandi extended her knowledge of physical Fitness in 2018 becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist via the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Brandi is an advocate for holistic counseling approach being a key factor to change how clients feel, look, and how they take action for long term success and breakthroughs.

I'll show you how. Over the past 10 years I have kept 40 pounds of weight loss, maintained healthy stress management habits that eliminate emotional eating and mood swings, worked with hundreds of clients for mindset coaching and counseling, and tested best practices that get the real results.

Brandi's Journey

Over 10 years ago, I was 40+ pounds overweight. My clothes didn't fit, I was always tired, moody and feeling insecure a majority of the time. I was eating poorly, sleeping poorly, investing my time in toxic relationships and feeling STUCK in life. I remember getting on a scale at one point and thinking to myself "this isn't really me, I need to take control". I decided in that moment, I didn't want to live my life uncomfortable in my own skin any longer. My mind was made up to stop practicing my unhealthy lifestyle. I've made a lot of mistakes on the way, but I also have a ton of knowledge, practice, and personal trial and error that has helped me to understand and teach holistic therapy methods, empowering fitness, holistic nutrition and wellness coaching to myself first and then to other women motivated to change. I feel great in my skin now, but there's more. I'm healthy, I feel strong emotionally and physically and my mind and my heart feel happy and full. Since starting my transformation journey, I haven't looked back.
